This is a recently completed project, a ground floor main door tenement flat in Morningside.

The flat was completely renovated throughout and is now a real gem.

Pre refurbishment it was unloved and dated.

The existing kitchen is now a very useful utility room.

Load-bearing walls were removed to allow the kitchen to be relocated within the existing dining room.

The window cill has been cut down and a new fully glazed door installed to allow access to the garden.

All very tastefully done and the work carried out to a very high standard
