A cookie is a small text file saved by a website in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, can perform related functions. Some are necessary to provide a service you request. Others require your permission.
Change your cookie choice
You can reopen the controls at any time. Rejecting optional cookies does not stop the enquiry forms, fee calculator or AI project assistant from working.
How consent works
On your first visit, analytics and the older LiveChat widget are blocked. The banner offers equally available options to accept all optional cookies, reject them or choose categories. Your choice is stored for 180 days in the necessary jwa_cookie_consent cookie. You can change it sooner by using the control above or the footer link.
Advertising storage and personalised advertising remain disabled by this website even if you allow analytics.
Cookie categories
| Category and provider | Purpose | Common names | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential — this website | Remembers your privacy choice and supports security, administration and requested website functions. | jwa_cookie_consent; WordPress login or session cookies for administrators. | Consent choice: 180 days. WordPress cookies vary by session and login settings. |
| Analytics — Google | Helps measure visits and page use after you consent, so the practice can understand which information is useful. | _ga, _ga_* and related measurement identifiers where configured by Google. | Commonly up to 2 years; Google may change names or durations. |
| Optional functionality — LiveChat.com | Enables the older human live-support widget and can remember a visitor or reconnect a conversation. | lc_cid and lc_cst, together with local or session storage used by the widget. | LiveChat documents a two-year expiry for its two primary cookies. |
Google analytics consent
Google’s tag is held back unless analytics is allowed. Consent Mode is set to denied before Google measurement can run. If you allow analytics, only analytics storage is granted; ad storage, ad user data and ad personalisation remain denied.
Google may process information such as page URLs, device and browser details, approximate location derived from an internet protocol address and interaction events. Learn more in Google’s privacy policy.
LiveChat.com
The site already contains an older LiveChat.com integration in addition to the website’s own AI project assistant. Its scripts are classified as optional functionality and remain inactive unless you allow that category. LiveChat states that its primary lc_cid and lc_cst cookies support visitor identification and secure chat sessions and have a two-year expiry.
The AI project assistant is separate and continues to work when LiveChat is rejected. Information about AI message processing appears in the privacy policy.
Withdrawing consent and deleting cookies
Open the preferences panel and turn off an optional category. The website updates Google’s consent state, removes accessible first-party analytics and LiveChat cookies associated with that choice and reloads the page when needed to stop previously loaded optional scripts. You can also remove cookies through your browser settings. Blocking all cookies at browser level may affect login or other requested functions.
