Information submitted through this website

When you send a project enquiry, the website collects the details you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, property postcode, project type, message and calculator summary.

AI project assistant

The project assistant uses Google’s Gemini service to generate general information about residential architecture and likely next steps. Chat messages are sent to Google for processing. Under Google’s free Gemini API tier, Google states that submitted content may be used to improve its products. Do not include personal, confidential or sensitive information in the chat message box.

The assistant provides general information only. It cannot inspect your property and does not give property-specific legal, structural, fire-safety, planning or building-standards advice. It cannot guarantee consent, feasibility, costs or timescales.

If you use the separate “Ask us to contact you” form inside the chat, the name, email address and phone number fields are sent to this WordPress website and emailed to the practice. Those dedicated contact fields are not sent to Gemini. A short summary of the recent chat is saved with the contact request so the practice can understand the context.

How the information is used

The information is used to respond to your enquiry, understand the potential project and arrange an initial conversation. It is not sold to third parties.

Where enquiries are stored

Enquiries and AI-chat contact requests are stored securely in the WordPress administration area and are also sent by email to the practice contact addresses. Website, email and AI service providers may process information as part of delivering those services.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry information should be kept only as long as reasonably needed for the project conversation, professional obligations and legitimate business records. You may ask what personal information is held, request correction or ask for deletion where there is no overriding requirement to retain it.
